Advantages:

Неплохой вид с балкона) современный ремонт

Disadvantages:

Не совсем приятный запах в квартире, пришлось пол ночи спать с открытым балконом. Дом новый, поэтому постоянно что-то сверлят и долбят. Скрипящая кровать. За оставленный мусор и не помытую посуду удерживают из залога. Хорошо хоть полы перед выселением пока мыть не надо) Но скоро и это будет допом)

Advantages:

Все чисто, опрятно, хозяин скоординировал терпеливо. Мы ночевали только 1 сутки проездом, для наших целей апартаменты подошли идеально, в город заезжать не было необходимости
